Design Services

Drafting services will include a final set of working drawings in sufficient detail to assure all trades, subcontractors and suppliers can bid, perform their work and construct the home or structure therefrom. Plans will include 4 elevations, foundation plan and floor plans. Specifications will be consistent with all applicable codes where the property is located.

Consultation Services

Mike Zimmerman Construction Inc. will work with the customer to finalize drawings and pricing for the project. This process will include gathering bids from sub contractors and suppliers, meetings with the customer to determine the necessary information for the stipulated sum bid, selection of building materials, preparing to draw permits, assisting with the design phase, selecting the location of well and septic, defining the property boundaries, etc.
